I just had a good look under the wheel arch of my car and under the bonnet. I cant see any sort of electrical connection to my shocks that would indicate that they are adjustable via software. It would be great if someone who has DCC could have a look to see if they have some sort of multi plug going to their shocks.

I have DCC and this what the shocks look like - definitely extra bits compared to normal shocks!!

Thank you. That helps a lot and is exactly what I expected to see. If you don't have that electrical connection to the shocks then adjustment via software won't be possible. I imagine anyone who was told that there suspension just needed adjusted still had the transport blocks fitted and the garage didnt want to admit it.
