Bass speakers gone?

Hi the sound in my Enyaq has suddenly gone bad. All deep bass has disappeared, it’s only midrange and treble. The sound settings are flat as they have been, if I push up Bass nothing happens. It’s as if speaker has blown although have not listened to anything too loud on the previous journey. Puzzled, any ideas?
