Mine was connected again last night, no messing about with anything, it just started working.
I suspect that the car goes into extended sleep when it has no connection, to save power. Even when the system comes back up, the car may not want to communicate until it wakes up to check. Messing about with fuse 19, or profiles probably just wakes it early.

I’ve tried the switch user trick - logged in as guest, and that hasn’t fixed anything. I’m a bit loathe to go removing fuses on a two day old car so I’m going to wait maybe another day or two before trying that route.
So frustrating.

I'm back online again now. I did the switch user and rebooted the Infotainment, not sure if that made any difference or whether it simply required a minute or two after I put the ignition on.

Connectivity seems to have returned, although the app is still insisting that it can’t give me the cars location as it is “in motion” - it’s parked outside, definitely not in motion.
ŠKODA are obviously still sorting their servers out!

Try moving the car a few metres forwards and backwards. It'll re-update its position back to the servers once you end the 'journey'AdvocateUK wrote: ↑Sat Jan 11, 2025 11:00 am Connectivity seems to have returned, although the app is still insisting that it can’t give me the cars location as it is “in motion” - it’s parked outside, definitely not in motion.

It may well be the case that last time the car synced, you were driving it. My car was reporting that it was parked 40 miles away until I moved it slightly on my driveway - had to do this to get Octopus Intelligent to kick in.
