Stationary air con - schedule fault

I have my enyaq set up to warm the car ( and the battery?) to 20c at 7:30am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday but tonight when I went out to the car tonight ,it hadn’t warmed the car up – has anyone else experienced this and if so do you know a fix? Thanks in advance

I wonder if it's because of the car having lost its internet connection? A few people seem to have had connectivity issues since around lunchtime today viewtopic.php?t=3092 which still appear to be ongoing.
