Long range data reset after car inspection due time message

Hi everyone,
New to this forum and a visitor from other country...
I own the car for a year now.
Lately I see a phenomena that I get a message for a car service which is due soon and immediately after that, the long range driving data is reset. This is also accompanied with the main multimedia display going dark and reset.
I heard about this issue from other Enyaq owners in my country.

Car service said they don't have any information about this issue from the manufacturer. All they did was to reset the multimedia display and reinstall the latest multimedia SW version, which didn't help.

Did it happen to anyone? Was it resolved?
