Passenger heated seat not working

Hi, new here. Got my VRS Maxx in August, loving it so far. Since the colder weather has arrived we tried to put passenger heat seat on last week but it won’t turn on. I can hear the noise of the screen when I tap it to turn on but it doesn’t light up and turn on like the driver seat does. Any ideas? Thanks

Was there anyone sat in the passenger seat when you tried to switch on the seat heater, because I believe there needs to be someone sat in the seat for it to operate.

Other than that, I have no suggestions.

Hi, my Enyaq 85x 2024 has just started having the same fault.
With a passenger sitting in the passenger seat, pressing the passenger seat heater symbol on the screen does not switch it on. You hear the click on the screen but it does not heat the seat. It has been working ok since March 24 but suddenly stopped working a week ago.
The passenger seat does recognise a person sitting on the seat as the display changes from ECO to show a temperature setting.

Hi, I also have an Enyaq 85X Coupe 2024 and have exactly the same issue as above. Got the car Aug 2024 and this stopped working around mid- November. It's booked into the dealers 12th Dec so I'll report back as to the resolution (or not!)

I am also having the same issues with the passenger seat. There is a tactile touch on the screen, but it doesn't activate the seat, as Lakefield said the occupancy sensor is working as the heating changes from Eco.

I am going to book mine in at the dealership, hopefully a quick and easy fix.

Took it into the dealers, apparently a loose connection - or maybe a faulty connector looking at those who've reported a similar fault. Anyway it seems to be resolved.....for now!

Got my skoda enyaq 85x coupe in September, same think passanger heated seat not working, worked for a week or two now the cold mornings are hear ... nothing..??? Need to book it in

I got my 85x in August and the heated passenger seat has stopped working too. I get a click on the icon and voice command says ok but it doesn’t come on.
It’s booked in on Friday

This is the latest thing to malfunction on my steaming pile of shite of a car. Will be contacting the lease company tomorrow to report this and constant 12v battery issues.
