"EV is preventing charging" on Zappi app after Car Software Update

Cars been in for first service and upgrade to ver3.7, specifically raised the charging issue twice with the garage .. but I have the charging problem with the zappi .. really annoying that they didn't do it properly .. debating popping the fuse out or taking it back in ..

Could someone tell me where my fuse 3 is please, photos attached from
Under bonnet and glove box.
My Podpoint and car not charging correctly. Been going on for a week now. Podpoint connects but car gives red light after 10 mins of flashing.
Cable is working correctly with Podpoint when my son plugs in his Tesla and also my granny charging working as it should which I’m having to resort to using. Any help much appreciated.

From the digital manual, accessible from your Myskoda app:
So it will be the red one marked 10. Your photo is turned 90° from the diagram in the manual. If you take the photo again from the front of the car, looking towards the windscreen, your photo will line up with the diagram in the manual.

Many thanks for both of yours help.
I’ve successfully got a green charging light within seconds.
Overnight schedule set so Fingers crossed it kicks in as it should.
Always can relay on the forum, local dealership wanted the car for a day next week to sort the issue out.

Had exactly the same issue as the OP.
Fuse 3 trick has sorted it.

Not sure if this is related - probably is knowing the issues listed in above threads

Wall Charger at home is Rolec
This comes with an app to allow smart charging
Octopus Energy has an app and also allows for smart charging
Skoda app on phone and in car also allows for charging times

Basically, nothing works!

Ive disabled Octopus smart charge, disabled Rolec smart charge and been round every possible variant with nothing working

My Skoda app even gave me this notification at 3am

"skoda enyaq um diefembedding weiterhin zuverwended, deaktiveren Sie das Limit"

Might try fuse 3 and re assess. Proper nightmare!

If your using intelligent Octopus, you really should be disabling ALL other timers.

If your car has been updated to 3.7 software, you will need to pull out fuse 3 to reset the on board charger before timed charging will work properly.
