"EV is preventing charging" on Zappi app after Car Software Update

Hello folks, my Enyaq 60 was serviced 2 weeks ago and as part of that upgraded to the latest software version. Since then charging with my Zappi charger hasn't worked properly (until this upgrade scheduled charging, fast charging and ECO++ charging from my solar panels has worked perfectly since I got the car 2 years ago).

Key information:
- The Zappi app where I initiate charging says "The EV Is Preventing Charging". If I try and initiate a Fast, ECO++ or Scheduled charge this message stays on the screen and the car does not charge at all.
- There are no error messages on the car or MySkoda app
- I have no charging schedule set on the car (and have never used this feature)
- I can get it to charge if I tell the Zappi to fast charge open the mySkoda app and look at a few settings - it seems to kick in once I do that but scheduled charging and ECO++ will not work
- My Zappi charger and hub are both on the latest firmware
- The car has had a factory reset which has not improved matters
- Suspiciously the mySkoda app insist on telling me the car is unplugged when it is plugged in.
- The car charged without an issue at the Skoda dealer on their fast charger

- My Skoda dealer are telling me they've reported it to Skoda and are waiting to hear back but are insistent that the Zappi app, hub or charger are to blame (!)
- Myenergi (Zappi) have remotely checked my charger and hub and said it looks fine but they have had a significant number of calls from Skoda customers with this issue in the last 2 weeks or so

Any help that anyone could give would be much appreciated. Thank you!
David

Lots of reports that pulling fuse 3 (underbonnet i think?) for a few minutes resets the onboard charger and fixes this quirk.

Mine is with my dealer for service & software update, so asked about pulling the fuse. They checked with Skoda & are pulling it in the morning, before returning the car.

Had the same issue after upgrading my wife 60 to 3.7 from 3.0. Pulled fuse 3. (Had to do it twice) but now charged fine

"fuse 3" solution worked for me too.
Why aren't the dealerships doing this? Is Skoda not telling them?

Thank you all for the suggestion - Fuse 3 worked! Amazing. Really appreciate all of you who took the time to give me that advice. Thank you.

As a guess, the update leaves the charger in some sort of unstable state, in need of a full "reboot" which pulling the fuse does.

Indeed, the dealership should be doing this, but i guess they simply dont know about it.

I've had 3.7 done this week. Other than the 'location' had been deleted by the update (and lots of my other settings) charging is fine on my Hypervolt.
