Its the underbonnet fuse box, not the in-car one.

Thanks Aragorn - I'd just realised I was looking in the wrong box!

Have the same issue, followed the guidance with the fuse 3 removal but scheduled charging still doesn't work. Unless I physically wake up the car via opening the door or manually go into charging settings in the skoda app then the car wakes up and adheres to charging schedule. Is there any specifics to removing the fuse 3? No 3 fuse under the bonet, car was unlocked, not plugged in, didn't have the keys near me. I kept it out for few minutes and when I put it back car made some clicks and noises. It's an 2022 Enyaq 60

Theres a simple test to see if it has worked....

Park the car, do not lock it, leave it alone for an hour.

Return to the car, without any keys, do not touch the doors. Open the charge flap and plug in the cable.

If it has the "fuse 3" problem, nothing will happen, it will completely ignore the charging cable. If you've fixed it with the fuse pull, it will immediately lock the cable and start charging.

I have the same charging issues since garage update to 3.7 a month ago —whilst they had my Enyaq 60 (Feb 2022) in to do the recall battery which itself took 6 months to book in.

Hypervolt charger was working on scheduled and car charge 00:00-05:00 for over 2 years great. Now doesn’t charge. Tried switching Hypervolt schedule off. Turned on car schedule. Does not charge. Now I have to manually wake the new Skoda app up and the car charges.

Car went back to the garage 2 times and they said they fixed errors and cleared them. Garage had not heard about charging issues. Car is going back to garage on Monday. I’ve sent them this forum link discussion.

I emailed ŠKODA and they are abdomens it’s the different brand “third party” chargers that need to be switched off!

This is what ŠKODA customer service said:-

——

Thank you for contacting us.

We would like to assure you that we truly understand the frustration caused by the recent failure. Please be advised that Hypervolt is a third-party system. To resolve the charging issue, we recommend that you uninstall or disable the third-party software and begin accessing your vehicle exclusively through our mobile app.

Thank you in advance for your understanding.

I have tried what they suggest and still the new Skoda app does not wake the car up.

Only solution is stay awake and at 00:00 start manual charging. Skoda have flushed ev car owners down the loo!!

This sounds like the under bonnet "fuse 3" issue.
The in-car scheduled charging works, but neither your EVSE, nor Octopus scheduled charging works.
Try removing the under bonnet fuse #3 for a minute or two and then replacing it.
This is the equivalent of "have you tried turning your pc off and back on again?".
It's worked for most folks on here, including myself and @aragorn.
Hope it helps you too.

Thanks George, I did send a link to this forum to my Škoda garage. As I am not technical I do not want so mess the warranty. The garage can do the “Fuse” which I did mention verbally to them. Garage also had my access to the app on the Enyaq to charge and test on their Škoda chargers. Apparently the schedule charge did not work during the 5 days they had it. So it’s not my Hypervolt home charger. I also had a replacement car in the mean time, an ID3 which after testing on my Hypervolt home charger: on hypervolt schedule, without setting schedule on the Enyaq, the scheduled charge started and stopped at 00:00-05:00. The garage still has the car after 9 days. They have sent info and my images to Škoda customer service and their technical people has sent a patch to upload and test on Friday 20. The garage will test the patch on Monday and I will let you all know what happens.

That's interesting, because when my Enyaq failed to schedule charge via intelligent octopus, it also failed to accept a scheduled charge via the Zappi charger, but successfully did a scheduled charge via the car itself.
Basically the car went to sleep and if it slept for a significant time, it wouldn't wake up.
It had problems waking up to accept intermittent charging from excess solar too.

Update on schedule charge after receiving my Enyaq 60 back from garage — after being at the garage for 3rd time. Skoda finally, must have read the forum and the tech guys at Skoda told the garage to “unplug the fuse” as mentioned in this post links. The car now has charged and stoped on schedule set by my house hypervolt charger. Now the tech guys at Škoda just need to tell their customer service people.
