Has anyone with my set up had a successful transition to 3.7
1) Starting at 3.1
2) On Intelligent Octopus Go
3) Zappi charger
4) No schedule in car
5) All control of charging is given to Octopus with no scheduling on the Zappi.
My car is going in tomorrow for its 2-year service and I don't know if I should stick with 3.1 for now, as it all works.

See the discussions in another 3.7 thread about the Fuse 3 trick.
After the 3.7 upgrade I couldn't get my combination of tariff, charger and car settings to work automatically when I wanted. Previously it/they had operated exactly at cheap cost electricity times as I required.
However, using the tip from elsewhere in this forum fixed that.
In the fuse-box under the bonnet (not the one in the cabin) remove Fuse 3. Wait a little while (1-2 mins?) and replace it. The explanation seems to be that that resets and reboots the HV battery charging system. All I can say is it worked for me.

Had exactly the same failure to charge as per schedule on my SyncEV charger, post ME3.7 software upgrade last week. Being aware of this issue I asked my Dealer if they had any problems reported - they said they were unaware, but hadn’t done many ME3.7 upgrades. After everything else failed to work, pulled Fuse 3 and back to a successful scheduled charge last night.
IV60 Quartz Grey, suite, panoramic sunroof, parking basic, climate plus pack, comfort seat basic, drive sport, chrome pack, transport pack, assisted drive plus and 20” Vega wheels. ME3.7 upgrade.

Thank you for these updates throughout this issue. Having received my 3.7 update yesterday tonight was my first charge.
I read a few posts on here and FB prior so expected an issue.
I have a Zappi and Octopus intelligent go. First message in the 'myenegi' app was that the "EV (was) preventing charging".
I first tried to manually boost charge as was during my off peak hours, this worked however communication between IOG app and Zappi appeared temperamental, with message not getting across and error message popping up. Eventually this worked, however the Skoda App wasn't showing an increasing charge despite it showing the green bar charging.
I removed fuse 3 as described after switching all charging off. Left it out for a minute or so, I heard a clunky/switch, almost like something had turned off. I returned the fuse.
Everything now appears to be working as normal, with my scheduled charge working (had a few test runs work).
Only 1 minor issue I can see (in comparison to it not charging at all!). IOG doesn't appear to talk to my Zappi to stop the charge when I alter the schedule mid charge. However I assume that's not a 3.7 Enyaq issue as that message delivery is independent of the car.

I have had similar problems with using the scheduler on my Simpson & Partners charger, just with the basic Scottish Power EV tariff. If I switch to using the car’s onboard charger schedule only it charges reliably overnight. However, I really want to have the option of using the charger to control things as we are thinking of installing solar panels and may later switch to the IO tariff. I also have ME3.7.
Currently I am trying to pursue this with the charger manufacturer’s helpdesk and with Listers who sold me the car new, but as yet have had no joy in reaching a solution.

Well since the recent update my charging activities have been a total mess. Missing meetings, late for work.
So I gave up and got in my other car. It never complains or fails to be ready for a journey. I fill it up with dinosaur juice and away goes.
3 years I have suffered this electric garbage and 100k kilometers. Tried it, got sick of it, getting rid of it

PEBCAK i think. If you know there are ongoing issues, it doesnt take much to get up 15minutes earlier and have a quick check. Theres even a nice app that means you dont even need to get out of bed to check it...
I've driven electric for coming on for 8 years. I think once i've got up without enough range to get to work, and that was sorted with 10minutes on a rapid charger in town while i grabbed a MacDonalds breakfast.

I picked up my car last week after a service and an update to 3.7 and am having the same issues with the car failing to charge over night on a schedule set on my charger’s app. I’m noticing something else. It’s like the car completely turns off at night rather than going into a standby mode. My app seems to lose connection with the car, my key won’t open the door and my car won’t charge. If I go and unlock the door by placing my hand on the door handle, it wakes up, regains connection with the app and begins charging if it’s during the charging window. Seems like the car is not responsive once it’s been off for a few hours.
Indeed, i've not pulled the fuse on mine yet, as i dont use charger based scheduling. But i've noticed that if i leave the car unlocked for some and then go plug in the charging lead, nothing happens. Open a door and it wakes up and recognises the charger.
By all accounts on here, the fuse reset seems to fix it, and i'll get round to it at some point, ive just never needed to yet.
So please, before any more complaining, just pull the fuse out for a few minutes.
