Anyone having problems reaching desired (80%) level of charge?
Last few times it has stopped at 64, 74, 72 %.
IO schedule hasn't reached end and if you start the car charging again from the Skoda app a minute or two later the car stops charging again.

At those percentages when it stopped, did those coincide with the end of one of the many time slots it gave you? I had mine do this on Friday night. It stopped at the end of the first time slot and didn’t continue at the next one. IO charged 1230-2 stopped and didn’t run the 2-3
That happens if the Skoda app goes down.
If car is charging it doesn’t stop when slot assigned ends, just continues to limit set in car. That’s why it is important to set it to 80% or what you need in car as would go on to 100% even if set to 80% on OI.
If app goes down between slots it will not start charging for the next slot.

Having managed a partially successful charge on Friday night I want to try a car controlled charge without any octopus. Do you just set a ridiculously low % on the octopus so it’s below the current SOC to stop octopus?

You don’t need to disable Octopus. If you tell the car that your charger is the home location, you can then set up a preferred charging time when at that location. I have it set 23:35 to 05:25.
This option only appears when actually at the home location. On the right side of the charging screen there is then an option to charge now, or at preferred time. Select the preferred time option and no matter whether or not Octopus sets a schedule it will start charging at 23:35 and continue to the limit set in car if it can achieve that by 05:25.

Cheers Ken. That helps me. That’s the times I’ve set for tonight except I’ve disabled the octopus slots.Ken3966 wrote: ↑Sun Feb 11, 2024 9:47 pm You don’t need to disable Octopus.
