Blank screen

Whilst travelling my screen and satnav go blank with no indication of my speed.This carries on until journeys end. Once I get out of the car and back in again the screen will reset but the satnav then places me nowhere near where I am.It is rather disconcerting not knowing the speed I am travelling at.Has anyone had this problem and found a solution.

I’ve experienced this as well. I was able to reset it by turning it off via the button on the bottom left of the screen.
