Skoda logo melted

Hey,

Do you have the beamed logo outside your front seats from the side mirrors?
I got the 3DMatrix lights and interior lighting.
I just realised that mine are melting.. Car is only ~9 months old and it has happened when it's cold (not in the summer).

Has this happened to any of your veichelces?

yeah the dealer had them in stock ready to replace last time i was in. be interesting to see if the replacements just do the same thing or if they've actually fixed it.

I'm getting mine replaced when it goes in for its service next month. It's made it almost two years before water got in and broke up the image. I assume it's just a mask painted on a lens under an LED, and if water gets in the paint breaks up.

I had both replaced under warranty in the winter of 2021, and they still look like new
