Car is now in the country, having spent 5 weeks sat in Germany.

Hopefully they built the correct car and I will have it next week.

Not really sure as I wasn't given any information at all, but have received paperwork from Motability to at least confirm the car has actually been ordered.

I was quoted 6 months with expected delivery around Xmas. Should I expect to hear from Pulman with regards to timings - when build week is expected etc? I'm not really savvy with the workings of dealerships and manufacturing, but I've never had to wait more than 3-4 months for a new Motability car so this feels like a hefty wait time.
Chased our dealer today having not heard anything since we ordered.

Got told our car is due to complete build by September 22nd (week 38) and that it should be with the dealership by the end of October.

So that's approximately 4 months from time of order. Hopefully it follows that timeline!
Dealer has been in touch to arrange collection on 9th October and to confirm the vehicle is, or has been, registered (documentation provided us the registration plate, VIN etc).

Excited to collect and luckily the build was much quicker than originally anticipated.
Picked up! Very excited to test her out on a few more journeys. Lots to get used to.

Car finally arrived today. Looks lovely and nice to drive so far.

Had to pull Fuse 19 to get it to set up and connect to my app, after a lot of swearing.

Overall impressions of the car so far are great. Overall impressions of Skoda as a company, for a car of this price, are not great. Pretty crap experience throughout really.

Hi, I'm a newbie to the forum! I ordered my Enyaq Estate (85x Sportline Plus) yesterday... having a factory fitted towbar and electrics which meant I couldn't get one from Skoda UK stock. I've been quoted 12 weeks... we shall see!

Hi All.

New here, first post.

We ordered an Arctic Silver Enyaq Estate 85 L&K on 23rd April 2024.
At time of order, we were quoted an estimated 16 weeks delivery time.

Still haven't been given an actual delivery date (or a build date).
So at time of posting this, have waited 26 weeks with no delivery date in sight.

I'm beginning to wonder if it was all a dream...

If you go back a year, people were waiting 18 months for Enyaqs, and even longer for VW EVs. VW Group build cars to order, not to stock, so the delivery times tend to go up and down quite a bit depending on various factors. I'm still waiting for news on my new Enyaq, ordered a month ago. But I've not even had anything from VW Finance yet. My current one took 12 weeks from order to delivery, but I'm not sure that's going to happen this time.
Enyaq iV 80 Sportline, Energy Blue, Assisted Drive Plus, Infotainment Plus, Convenience Plus, Comfort Seat Plus, Transport Pack, Heat Pump, ME3.2. Delivered Nov 2021.
On order: Enyaq iV 85 vRS Maxx, Race Blue, Transport Pack, Heat pump. Expected Jan 2025.
