Hi, looking for help from peopel with experience of these issues

1. Wheel nut size. Enyaq 60 does not come with any tools so looking to buy a jack and wrench. Anyone done this and what size are the wheel nuts ?
2. Locking wheel nuts. My dealer says Skoda do not do them for the Enyaq - ahs anyone sourced these ?
3. Looking to buy some snow chains for Alps trip - any advice or recommendations

Thanks in advance

Are you sure you don’t have a little black bag like this, perhaps under the boot floor? Coincidentally I have mine out at the moment, as I had two tyres changed yesterday.

It has my wheel-nut thing inside it.

Locking wheel nut key should be in the boot. If you've got Transport Pack then it'll be in the space for it in the foam section under the floor, if you don't then it'll be in a bag like in Goaty's photo.

I think the nuts have a 17mm head.

Your dealer is talking absolute nonsense. Sounds like a salesman not the service dept? The car has them as standard.

You should also have black plastic tweezers to extract the plastic wheel nut covers off, although the steel wire thing with a loop shown in Goaty's pic will do at a pinch, albeit with a higher risk of scratching.

I’m a newby on here and this is my first post. Been following the forum for a while but car on order is still about three months away.
Interested in your photo Goaty as it appears to show a towing eye and I had understood that electric cars should not be towed!
Would be grateful for thoughts on this, although I guess it may have been covered elsewhere.

Nothing wrong with towing electric cars. Enyaq manual has instructions as any other car.

Indeed, the bag contains a tow hook (Audi branded), the wheel nut locking tool and a looped metal thing which I have no idea what it does, but it’s probably mentioned in the manual somewhere. No plastic tweezers though, as mentioned above.

A top-tip someone once advised me years ago when buying second hand cars; have a look at the tow hook. If it’s been well used, you might want to walk away from that prospective purchase ;-)

The wife’s car has the wire tool and no tweezers. The wire tool is used for pulling off the wheels trims (if you have them) so you can get to the wheel nuts ( no plastic caps on the nuts).
My car has the tweezers to remove the little plastic caps that cover the wheel nuts ( I don’t have wheel trims).
The rest of the kit is exactly the same inc. locking wheel nut tool.

Depends very much on market it seems, no locking nuts as standard here ( Finland )
