Hi
Having 'issues' with charging. My podpoint's wi-fi is 'iffy' and if it loses wifi connection it 'defaults' to charge. We have solar panels so I need to set it up to charge when the panels are generating (or likely to be) - say 1000 - 1500 each day. I think the best way to do this is to allow the pod-point to operate in the default mode (ie make sure it doesn't have a wifi connection and set the in-car schedule up to charge between the times I want.
Anyone out there have to same problem / a better plan?

Hi, the other option is to purchase a plug-in type WiFi booster / repeater to extend your WiFi maybe? That way the PodPoint might have a strong enough signal to behave itself?
Something like this maybe: https://www.currys.co.uk/products/tplin ... 24654.html
Assuming weak signal is the problem of course. If it has a strong WiFi signal already but just doesn't behave correctly, PodPoint might be able to sort it out (possibly even remotely) if its not operating as intended.
Good luck - hope you get it sorted.
