Sleeping in car. HVAC on, all interior lights off

Hello,
I've seen a few threads where people are asking how to keep Heating / AC on while sleeping in car
e.g. here:
viewtopic.php?p=3602&hilit=camp+mode#p3602
with a recomendation to put a 15kg weight on seat...
But I have the reverse problem -
The driver and passenger's seats recline a long way, and I'm quite happy to sleep in them in a pinch.
However, when i tried this for first time last month I was frustrated that the interior stayed lighted up like a christmas tree... and i couldn't find any way to switch off all the internal lights / MFD / footwell lighting / mood lighting strips.

Can i disable the seat pressure switch?
Surely there must be a simple setting somewhere, but i tried all the options i could find at midnight, then just gave up and wrapped a quilt around my head!
i think i recall that after about 30 minutes the car interior beeped loudly to let me know that it was turning off (a kind of final insult... as it woke me up!)

ideally there would be a setting to turn off all lights and keep the AC on, but i'd settle for leaving the window open and darkness.

Any help greatfully received.
Thanks
