Lost Connection

My Enyaq has suddenly lost internet connection. The infotainment system is showing an "E" by the signal strength and the globe icon greyed out. Very occasionally it switches from "E" to "4G" for about 30 seconds then back to "E".

The disconnect happened sometime overnight, was working fine yesterday evening.

Anyone else having a similar problem? Wondering if it's a network issue or something specific to me.

It would appear it was only me. Pulling fuse 19 resolved it.

I had it - I assume it was network issues with the flooding. We're badly impacted. I drove a mile to the top of a hill and it all came back on.
iV80 Lounge, Heat Pump, 125kW charging, Tow bar
Previous EVs: Leaf 40 (x2), Leaf 30, Leaf 24. EVing since 2014.

Pulling fuse 19 resolved it.....JUST IN CASE WHERE IS FUSE 19.I LOOKED IN GLOVE BOX FUSE SECTION,NONE OF WAS MARKED NO 19?

The glovebox fuse box fuse location layout is shown below. Fuses are not necessarily fitted in all positions

And if you need a fuse removing tool (because you don't have tiny fingers), there's one in the under bonnet fusebox. :)

Well, I never knew that - thankyou! (I've been using a pair of long nosed pliers).
