Wall Charger at home is Rolec
This comes with an app to allow smart charging
Octopus Energy has an app and also allows for smart charging
Skoda app on phone and in car also allows for charging times

Basically, nothing works!

Ive disabled Octopus smart charge, disabled Rolec smart charge and been round every possible variant with nothing working

My Skoda app even gave me this notification at 3am

"skoda enyaq um diefembedding weiterhin zuverwended, deaktiveren Sie das Limit"

Might try fuse 3 and re assess. Proper nightmare!

We also have a Rolec Wallpod and use it with IOG

Wallpod set without smart charging, Enyaq no timers or locations set

Everything controlled by Octopus and it has worked for almost a year without issues.

It continues to work even after the 3.7 upgrade so don't know if my dealer did the charging system reset or we are just lucky. My dealer in W-S-M is useless in passing on information and paperwork

I think some dealers are doing the reset on the car after the update (ie fuse 3), and others aren't. It's possible there's a Technical Note (unfortunately my erWin credits have expired so I can't check), that tells them to do this after the update to ensure that it all boots up with the new software.

If the car is linked to Octopus (rather than the charger), you wont generally have the "fuse 3" problem even though its present, so long as you plug the car in before it goes to sleep... That is because Octopus talking to the car over the API wakes it up.

Its mostly an issue for people using Charger based scheduling, either intelligent or otherwise, as the car goes to sleep when it sees the charger is not working, and doesnt wake up when the charger starts working later.

Hi,
I’m having the same issue. Could anyone tell me exactly how to pull fuse 3? I spoke to my Skoda dealer about this and their technical staff weren’t familiar with ‘fuse 3’.
Thanks

If you look back through this thread, you'll see pictures showing you which under bonnet fuse it is.
You'll have to remove the fuse and wait for a minute of two before replacing it. That appears to reboot the onboard charger.
The EV equivalent of "try turning it off and on again" 😉

Thanks Guitar George, that appears to have worked. The scheduled charge on the Myenergi app went ahead as planned last night. Now I just need to work out why the charge rate was only 1.9kw rather than the expected 7.4kw!
