I saw a post on another thread to get Care Connect - Remote Access. I got the trial month but seems to be saying free for a year (we'll see). I now get a load of info including whether locked etc which may be useful. I think the idea though is that the app will wake the car from deep sleep mode and allow charging. There is a vehicle wake up option that I have on and says will wake car when I open app. I tried closing and opening app, click on all the pages but this didn't make any difference - didn't start charging at start of schedule from Octopus.
Removing the schedule from Zappi app made no difference either.
At start of charging window the Zappi app shows "Waiting for EV" at top. This then changed to "EV is preventing charging".
I have found that if in the app I go via "Target temperature" and click Start button to heat cabin it wakes the car and charging starts. So at least I can wake car to get charge started without having to go outside.
Will try the fuse 3 thing and also set charging location in the car.
Anyone actually able to charge using Octopus Intelligent Go?
I've been through all this.
I had an Enyaq 60 a year ago and everything worked fine on Intelligent Octopus Go.
I upgraded to an 85 6 weeks ago and couldn't get it working. The problem is with Skoda not allowing any more vehicles on to its network.
Solution - I changed to standard Octopus Go to get cheap 5 hours overnight and set my charger to only charge between 12.30 and 5.30 am
Like you I had much anguish and many attempts to get IOG working.
Skoda needs to upgrade it's infrastructure

I added the location and it didn't make any difference.
Did the fuse 3 thing and now charging perfectly. Starting automatically at the times set by Octopus. Fingers crossed it continues.

80x Sportline (2021) bought 2024, Moon White, 21" Betria Wheels, Panoramic Sunroof, Convenience Plus, Drive Sport Plus, Transport Pack, Light and View Plus, Assisted Drive Pack, Climate Plus, Tow Bar, Heat Pump
Since I did the fuse remove and put back it has worked automatically. No issues at all and now don't even check it as been fine.
If the fuse thing doesn't work for you then maybe go back and do the other things people have suggested. I did them one at a time so I would know which one go it working but nothing changed till fuse reset. It could be that one/some/all of them were also necessary to get charging happening.

I just moved over to Octopus this month. Having read this thread I was expecting it to be a painful experience getting everything to sync but I managed to get it working very quickly. I have a Wallbox Pulser Max and my Enyaq is a IV60 on 3.7.
Initially I couldn't get the Test Connection to work once I had registered the car and charger in the Octopus app. I then changed the location setting in-car as it was set to private but the issue still remained.
I then decided to unregister in the Octopus app and instead of following the link that I had been using in an email provided by Octopus when I swapped over(to register the car and charger), I went straight into the octopus app and used the "Devices" icon to add my Wallbox charger. This provided the instructions around the settings that needed to be added into the settings of the Wallbox app - this involved enabling "OCPP" and entering the URL, Charge Point Identity and Password which are provided in the Octopus App. I then removed all my schedules in the Wallbox App.
After this, it took two attempts to do the Test Connection and then I could see the Wallbox in the Octopus app with the schedule it had created. When I checked this morning the charge had worked.
My only question around the whole process is that Octopus was wanting to start the schedule it had determined at 11pm, which is half an hour prior to the cheaper tarriff rates which is 11.30pm to 5.30am. The majority of the charging was then scheduled for through the night however it did also have another duration of an hour set for 7am to 8am. What happens when Octopus decides to do this - do you still get the cheap rate or are you charged at the standard rate? I suspect changing the "Ready by time" to be earlier and within the cheaper tariff time might fix this.

As of today, I now have a Ohmi Pro wallbox to go with my Enyaq 85 Edition
During the Octopus install process, the fitter (who also owns a Skoda) talked me through the process.
Firstly you have three apps all appearing to do the same thing, Octopus, Skoda and Ohmi.
He told me to ignore the Skoda and Octopus apps and just control everything via the Ohmi app. I should add that shortly after plugging in I was switched across to the Octopus Intelligent Go tariff.
Now all I have to do is plug it in, set the max battery to 80% (Skoda app or via the car) and the OIG tariff will do the rest.
Admittedly tonight is the first attempt but so far so good.
