Driver door area buzzing noise on uneven surface

Hi all,

I have a Enyaq 85x sportline plus and I notice that when I am driving on uneven surfaces there is a buzzing noise that can be heard around the driver door area. Anyone hear anything simlar or any ideas?

noises are extremely difficult to transcribe online, and everyones sensitivity to them varies wildly.

I cant count the number of times i've got into a friends or colleagues car, hear a weird noise and they havent even noticed it.

I think in an ICE car, any noise is masked out by the sound of the engine whereas in an EV with extra noise insulating windows etc are very quiet and therefore any noise inside the car is amplified. In my opinion, it would be very hard to make the inside of any car completely silent just because the way they are built!
If it was me, I would just turn the music up and enjoy the ride!

I find that in an EV I notice the tyre/road noise and the effects of air flow over leaves that are caught in seams, etc, that would have been masked by engine noise in previous cars. There is not much that can be done about tyre/road noise, unless there is a stone caught in the tread, but so far I have been able to cure the others by finding the item causing the noise and removing it.

The sun visor can get loose from the holding clip. It makes squeaky noises as you over bumpy roads. It took me a week to find the squeak was caused for loose sun visor. The sound bounces off the door and glass so I thought it was something in the door or the door itself.

Chance it could be the umbrella rattling around! I notice mine vibrating if I have my music on loud! I've taken it out to check and the vibrating stopped, also a push from ones knee into the door Card works too but isn't too comfortable for a prolonged period!

Yes I done that...... noise coming from glass I think,when I open glass half or full no noise?

I have had a similar issue since the car was new. Not quite annoying enough to take the car back but mentioned it to the sales guy the day after.
Finally got round to taking off the door trim probably for no reason as the culprit appears to be the light for the door pocket which is below the arm rest. It rattles like crazy.

Mine does this also - been driving me crazy - will check these lights. Do you need to take the trim off to access this?
