Has anyone managed to get Plug and charge working on current ME4.1 software, it errors when I try to enable on both Octopus and Elli. Both say its the manyfacturer issue and Skoda say bring it in to a retailer and I am not that bothered.

Not come across a plug and charge enabled charger yet to try it. Not sure where you are Tooters123 but I read the other day only Ionity has Plug and Charge enabled in the UK. That might be old info though.
