Powerpass/Ionity increase

I noticed this morning when looking through the Powerpass app that the cost for using an Ionity charger with the Charge Faster subscription has increased.

Risen from 28p to 44p per kWh

Never noticed this being announced and I will be sticking to the free tier and Electroverse

Although iniw you can subscribe on a monthly basis rather than the compulsory 12 months.

Not done the calculation but that may make a difference when planning a long mainland European trip

I just checked a couple and they’re still showing 28p

Maybe on a current subscription the price increase is not applied until you renew

Thats annoying, especially as electricity prices are meant to be on the way back down.

The price is just broken down to a monthly I think, when I renewed mine recently I was told you couldn’t just do it monthly (I.e swap between tariffs), it was an annual choice😩
