What happened to my boot?

Every review I’ve seen of the Enyaq, and in fact even the manual, shows some underfloor storage space in the boot

Mine just has the main, deep well just inside the lip and apart from that there’s no other space. Where did it go?

Depends if you paid for the Transport Pack or not. That adds a false floor with foam storage sections below, and brackets so that with the rear seats folded there's no lip between the boot floor and the seatbacks.

I didn’t get the option of ordering the Transport Pack - the only pack listed was the Max Pack, which I ordered.

It's not one of the main packs, it's in the section with things like heat pump, sunroof, towbar etc. Costs about £250 IIRC.

Not to worry though - there are people on here that have built their own with plywood and carpet, or you can order the parts from Skoda and fit them yourself (though that works out much more expensive than if it was ordered as part of the original build, as the back seat bases are different).
