80% charging

Hi

I mainly use my car doing short runs, but about twice a month ( during summer months} i run up to penrith which is 90 miles away, if i charge to 100% i can get there and back with about 12 - 14 % left when i get home.

My question is will i damage batteries by charging to 100% twice a month.

The charge to 100% issue is basically a problem if you don’t use the charge and leave it at 100% for days on end. I have an 80mile commute daily, and charge to 100%. This lets me do two-three days commute then I recharge. This is all at 7kw “slow” charge rate.
