3 months so far ... Only thing I know is the orders on the system and awaiting build date 🤣, the wait isn't helped by my daughter picking up a 9 month old id4 a week after we placed the order,
Ordered 26 March 22, Sportline 80, Graphite grey, Assisted Drive+, Infotainment Package+, Drive Sport+, Heat Pump. Zappi charger, delivered 17 Aug 22,

Hi guys

I’m reading this forum for a while, but this is my first post (regards from Germany). Opposite to Tesla, Skoda left to it’s dealerships to do the communication towards the customers…which they don’t do (at least not proactively). One of those examples where you have a good product, but poor service...

To make you feel better and assure you that delays are not only happening in UK : I've ordered Skoda Enyaq 80x in Oct 2021, original delivery estimate was July 2022, and today I’ve learned that (unconfirmed) delivery date is September 2022. Of course, I had to call dealership in order to get the latest update (as I guess that website with status update is something that Skoda does not know how put in place).

I am clearly disappointed, but at this stage even if I change the vehicle (e.g. go to Tesla model Y instead), I will not get anything delivered before September… so it is a waiting game.

ordered end of November 2021 and finally have an unconfirmed build week of week 33 (15th - 21st August). Fingers crossed for a delivery sometime in September.

How long does it actually take to build the car once the date is confirmed?

My dealer told me that they are seeing cars being delivered and ready a month after the build week.
So I would expect a September delivery & pick up.

Nov 26th 2021 order here from the UK and no build week yet. Got told she expects my build date to appear in the next couple of weeks & for me to get the car before October 22….

Only a 11 month wait then…….

Drummundo wrote: Mon Jun 27, 2022 11:37 am Long time viewer of this thread, I thought I'd post my experience of ordering an Enyaq through my companies company car scheme through Arval.
1. 22/11/21 Placed order
2. 29/11/22 Order confirmed by Arval with estimated date 26/5/22
3. 7/4/22 estimated delivery date changed to 12/8/22
4. 25/5/22 estimated delivery date changed to 28/10/22

I also recieved an email that the range had reduced by 5 miles and whether I was still happy to proceed.

Apart from this I've had barely any communication and each time I've contacted them there is little else they can tell me, looking at this forum this seems pretty standard.

I'm still optimistic (hoping) that Skoda will beat this date and have started seeing some Oct orders being delivered on the thread but not sure whether Skoda are prioritising cash buyers over leases.

Has anyone else got any positive Arval experiences that would alleviate my concerns.

Enyaq IV 60 Suite Design pack
Ordered 22/11/21
EDD 28/10/22
Sorry cant help you with a positive Arval experience - only a frustrating one... ...and in the end there isn't much they can do if Skoda have not built the car...

Mine was ordered 26/6/2022 with an original delivery set for 17/1/2022
These are the emails that have followed:

1) Email 09/11/2021 - Estimated delivery 31/03/2022
2) Email 04/01/2022 - Estimated delivery 31/05/2022
3) Email 15/02/2022 - Estimated delivery 30/06/2022
4) Email 15/03/2022 - Estimated delivery 29/07/2022
5) Email 05/04/2022 - Estimated delivery 31/08/2022
6) Email 22/04/2022 - Estimated delivery 31/10/2022
7) Email 01/06/2022 - Estimated delivery 31/12/2022

I've also had the range reduction email. I have asked how they work out their delivery estimate - no answer has been forthcoming other than they are checking with the dealer all the time.... so yes there are communications but to me it seems rather meaningless and made up... :-D

Unfortunately my Arval experience isn't great either! Vindis have had the car in stock for over a fortnight now but are waiting for Arval to approve the paperwork. Apparently the sudden end of the Government grant is causing them a headache!

As previously posted mine was built and had left the factory I was told a couple of weeks back. I phoned the dealer today (bypassing Arval who seem to be useless at this stage) and there seems to be no status change which is very disappointing. They are going to chase it up but I had hoped it might say at Emden or at a UK port but nothing so got no idea if it will be July or later now.

Did anyone get much info between "left the factory" and "at the dealer" or did it suddenly arrive?

My experience with Arval is zero, in fact all my contact had been with Vindis, even the order. I was offered it as an alternative to Skoda 'Lease and Care' as the price was much lower going to Arval via Vindis.

I didn't receive an 'at the dealer' notice, though I have this afternoon been told the paperwork has been released now for sign off by our director, so it's a step in the right direction.

After 9 month and 3 days gestation the car has been delivered. Conception was September 2021.

It has Version 3 software (Battery % and GOM both shown adjacent). All seems to be well but there has only been one day's use so far.

I can't get Android Auto working wirelessly and, because the car has only got USB-C sockets, I have not yet got a wire to plug my phone in with. Problem might be with the phone I guess, which is using Android 8 and no updates are possible any more. There are no side sensors but then I did not specify Intelligent Parking, only Parking +. There is a 360° view though.

Congrats on the new car 🎉.

As far as I’m aware the option currently is Smartink wireless for Apple CarPlay and wired for Android Auto.
