Charging Locations - Disabled by Vehicle

Hi, I am seeing this in my app saying the service is deactivated by the vehicle. I've checked inside and I can see the world icon with the arrow which means that data services is on with location sharing. Any ideas why I am seeing this?

Does this need Care Connect - Remote Access?

If so maybe that has expired, mine needed renewing after a year.

This could be a VAG problem, As I currently have an ID3 this is being spoken about on the ID3 forum.

Car is less than a year old.
Don't know what VAG is sorry.
Option has returned. Did not do anything but it is there now.

Close - it's "Volkswagen Aktiengesellschaft". Aktiengesellschaft is the German equivalent of what in the UK we'd call a limited company that has shareholders, commonly abbreviated to AG. Probably best translated as 'Volkswagen Group'. VAG has many subsidiaries that share technology and manufacturing facilities - Audi, Bentley, Bugatti, Cupra, Jetta, Lamborghini, Porsche, SEAT, Škoda and Volkswagen cars, plus Ducati motorcycles and various truck brands (eg MAN, Scania). Hence why you'll find VW and Audi logos on various parts on your Skoda, as the same parts are used on various brands within the group.
