Sheer speculation on my part. It could have been someone's first day and they messed-up? I really hope you get the call this week and that you are summoned to collect it.
Keep the faith!
I have had mt Enyaq Coupe 85 Edition i(n the grey denim fabric? ) for a month now and it's such fun to drive.
No idea of the trim but the basic spec with Proteus 9" wheels if that helps.
I've not tried the B drive yet although in D I took the 4 hounds to The Naze, Essex a couple of Mondays ago,. Well the tides were right for a run on the wet sand and I could fully test out the car,
I managed 4.5 miles per kwh in D for that round trip... Overall I am achieving 4.1 per kwh around the West Essex area.
I haven't seen any windscreen distortion whatsoever. I am discovering new things about the car all the time and love the adaptive cruise control!
One downer has been the stickiness of the charge flap when charging at home. No experience of using a public charger although I have all the apps to be able to do so.
Here's a couple of photos of my very first EV! It's called The Wafter...a serene, chilled drive experience and the lateral acceleration is fabulous!

I'm not putting much hope in getting mine anytime soon. Mines pretty much identical to yours except it's not the coupe.
