I have had mine for 5 weeks and they are still pending, however all the functions are working for me!

I’m getting live traffic, but my maps are out of date (new roundabouts that I had before the ME3 update are missing).

No map updates or live traffic for me.
Contacted Skoda global support via the app and raised a ticket that way, pointing to this thread here as well as one of several threads

I have the pending Skoda Connect services ever since I had to factory default the infotainment system in an attempt to fix another issue. Ever since the Skoda Connect service appear pending in the app as well as in the car’s shop. Dealer does not know what to do with it. Reported it directly to Skoda in the Netherlands and they have now escalated it to ‘the Skoda Connect support desk’ whatever that is. In the meantime all the service remain working. Yeah I've got this problem too. Specifically the "infotainment online" service is stuck in pending. Actually my car is with the dealer because of it right now! It's been a problem since I have had the car - I got it second hand a few weeks ago.

Has anyone noticed they are unable to schedule a departure on the app? I don't know when I lost this functionality but I noticed unavailable and says due to privacy settings even though my car is online and sharing location.
