Go to Vehicle on the main screen - vehicle - vehicle status - inspection and it should tell you. Mine was registered late November 21 and according to my inspection 334 days to go so May 24 when approximately 30 months old. Not sure if it is mileage or time based but I’ve covered 11,000 miles.

Ours was 1st registered on 19th November 2021 and due its service in 154 days which by rough calculation makes it 12th November 2023

As stated previously my Enyaq was registered late November 21, so very close to Pict, however, covered 10788 miles and 333 days to inspection , which is 7 May 24. Can only conclude that mileage must be an element in the service inspection date? My information is consistent on main screen and App. Could it be 2 years or 20,000 miles whichever is later? Will only know in November when the car is 2 years old whether it is called for an inspection service.

2 years. Mine flashed up on dash, sent me an email, and is booked for a few weeks time. Along with repairing my broken charge port...

Also had my two year service. Windscreen wiper blade advisory was the only flag 👍

It looks like cars supplied with ME2.x have a fixed 2 year service interval and ME3.x cars have a variable service interval, which the car will tell you when it's needed (though it looks like it's still roughly 2 years if mileage isn't high). Not sure what happens on an upgraded car (yet).

Mine is showing 146 days from now, which equates to exactly 2 years from the date I collected it. I'm on ME3.2, but originally it had ME2.6.

Car service interval is 2 years and is not mileage dependent. This was confirmed by Skoda and also by dealer when I collected the car on Monday. The Skoda website states:
"Regular inspections
If you have an Enyaq iV, you should have a regular service every 2 years, but this is not dependent on the mileage. The car itself or the MyŠkoda mobile app will tell you how often you need to visit a service centre. You can also find service intervals in your Owner's Manual." See https://www.skoda-auto.com/services/ev-maintenance
My car software is 3.2.
