Car keeps putting the brakes on at low speed

Auto Hold has been eliminated from my enquiries. It was turned off today and the car did another emergency stop. I briefly spotted the message appear on the screen. I can just about cope with it on our drive but it’s done it at least twice driving down the road with nothing visible

So yours is doing it with nothing there

? (As opposed to the situation I reported with the rubber / metal speed bump?)

When backing into the garage, I always turn off the maneuvering braking function (see pictures)
However, I do not recommend it to inexperienced drivers !
