Squeaky brake pedal sound

Can anybody advise why I'm getting a loud squeaking sound coming from the brake pedal once pressure applied to it?

Happens everytime I use the pedal

Driving a less, than year old enyaq coupe 25k miles done

Have a look at your disks, do they look pitted or rusted ? If so, then the noise is likely being caused because of the uneven wear on your disks.

Regenerative braking is very good, and saves on break wear, but it pays to brake hard from time to time, to activate your friction brakes, in order to keep your disks clean.

My brakes squeak and grind and vibrate and trigger abs like a Las Vegas dancer - seems disk brakes have suddenly become a huge technical hurdle again after 30 years, drums all 'round?

Hi!

I had this issue top and it was the brake booster that had to be replaced. Took 3 months due to lack of spare parts.

Sounded like I was pressing a poor bird…

Hope you can get it fixed!
