I’ve had my Enyaq 60 for 2 weeks and have no problems when charging.
However, when I try to schedule a charge for later on, the light above the charging port will show red and will not change/start to charge even when the session should be beginning.
I have the same problem when trying to connect the car to Octopus Intelligent Go through the Octopus App. It seems if the charging cable is plugged in, but charging isn’t started immediately the light will always go red. This happens at public charging points that require use of your own cable too.

Can anyone help??

The light going red if you plug in but charging is not yet set to begin is normal behaviour and not of itself an indication that there any issues.

When the charge starts according to the schedule the light will go from red to green....assuming the charge successfully starts according to the schedule.

As above - red just means that no power is being supplied by the charger. This is perfectly normal if there is a schedule set as the car won't be demanding anything from the charger, or a charger that is set not to charge until certain conditions are met - ie public charger that's not been paid for yet, or it has a schedule, something like Octopus Intelligent, or maybe sufficient solar power being available.

However a red light can also indicate a fault or that the plug isn't locked though, which is mildly confusing.

If the cable is plugged in outside a charger scheduled charging period then the light should flash white for a short period and then go red. If there are no other problems then the charger will offer charge when the charging period starts, the car should lock the cable and start charging. If Octopus Intelligent Go smart charging is enabled then Octopus may not generate a charging schedule until this time. This is normal behaviour.

If there is no schedule set in the charger and no schedule set in the car then and the light turns continuous red then this would normally indicate that the charger is not indicating that it is ready to charge, for example if it's protection has trippedm or there is a defect, or that the cable has a defect affecting the control cores. It could also be a fault in the car wiring or control circuitry. You say that it occurs at public chargers which require you to use your own cable, so I assume that it does not apply if you use a charger that has its own cable. If you are using the same cable at home and at these public chargers then I would suspect that the problem is with the cable and that it would be worth trying a different cable.

I had the same issue around 3/4 weeks after getting the car. viewtopic.php?p=30653#p30653

Pulling fuse 3 for a few minutes started it all working for me. I think it was an issue after maybe an update.

As these things are basically computers with a car attached, it's always useful to note which software version you're running.
As mentioned above, if you've recently moved to ME3.7, and the dealer doesn't do it correctly, the "fuse 3" trick will probably sort it out.
As also mentioned, if you have a charge scheduled sometime after plugging in, the light being red is normal. If however the car fails to wake up when the charger eventually attempts to provide power, that's when the "fuse 3" trick comes in.
