My 2024 85x with 5000 miles on it has broken down.
It's been at the dealer for 10 days so far, and their update was "Your vehicle is currently waiting technical enquiry".
Any idea what that means? Or how long it would take?
Apart from the fact that it wouldn't start on my driveway, the symptoms are very like:

Flat 12v battery, all of the warning lights/faults and trailered away.
Skoda assistance organised a petrol Audi Q8 as a loan car, but I'd rather it was electric!

I had an update from the local dealer...
After nearly 2 weeks sat on their lot without any work done on it, they've been instructed to send the car on a flatbed to a "specialist high voltage centre".
It wasn't clear what that actually meant, but my nearest one is in Bristol - around 80 miles away.
Starting to wonder how long it will take to fix...

Only certain dealers have techs trained to work on the HV stuff. Other dealers can do basics like servicing or plugging in the computer and running diagnostics, but theres a limit to what they can work on. If the fault involves anything HV, then it can only be done by a suitably trained tech.

Got another update yesterday.
The car will be trailered to Bristol on the 13th.
Not very pleased that it wont even be looked at for a month since it broke down!
Wondering how long it will take to actually fix beyond that.
Are Skoda really that short of resources?

We had similar on a 60 a year ago and rejected it in the end, for a full refund of the initial payment and 50% back of every monthly payment we made.
I suggest talking to Škoda/VWFS finance if you have it with them as they did help try and fix it a lot.
