Hello,

Same problem also here after update 3.7.

The CTEK Njord Go charger does not charge the car with schedules made by iPhone CTEK -app.

Noticed also that when refreshing My Skoda app the charging started (refreshed My Skoda app after when the scheluded charging supposed to start).

Yesterday evening i pulled out the fuse nr.3 and that helped. At least last night the charging started normally via CTEK app scheduled time without refreshing My Skoda app.

I keep watching how reliable the charging with scheduling works for now on and keep posting results after week or so.

Interestingly i discovered the "fuse3" issue first hand at the weekend, without even using a timer...

I parked the car and left it unlocked for maybe 30-45mins. I then went out, without the key etc, opened the fuel door and plugged the charger in. Nothing happened at all. Port didnt lock the cable or bring on the charging indicator etc etc. Just no response at all. I opened the drivers door, and it immediately woke up and started charging...

So i unplugged, and decided to pull fuse 3 and repeat the test.

Pulled fuse 3 for a minute, put it back, then left the car for an hour, before repeating the earlier test. This time it immediately started charging as soon as i plugged it in.

Firstly - people have had the 3.0/3.7 update since June?!?!
I only got notified about it last week and had it done on Thursday!

Secondly - I can no longer charge my car using my Ohme home charger. Wtaf?

Before having to trawl through this entire thread....is this just a matter of re-programming the charger?

The "pulling fuse 3" fix - is that a once only thing that has to be done for every charge?

Pull under bonnet fuses 3 and put it back in after about a minute.
It's a once only fix.
A bit like the PC tech support "have you tried turning it off and back on again".

That's the fuse 3 fix.
I was never notified officially. My car was on for its 2 year service/check and it was done then.
I found out about it on one of the Enyaq YouTube channels.

This is turning into a nightmare. After a lot of fiddling around, pulling fuses, rebooting the charger and having problems with the charger reconnecting to the internet, it's now charging at 3.5kW! It'd be quicker to hook it up to the hamster's wheel!

I've called the dealer and they say they've never heard of this problem after the 3.7 upgrade. I'm at my witt's end. After 3 years of just plugging the car in and always having it just charge between midnight and 5am, I now have to take it to a public charger and pay 20 times as much?! Not happy with Skoda....at all. 🤬

Have you tried charging the car at another AC charge point? A friend's, a public charger? Another Ohme? A Zappi? To make sure that the issue is with the car and not your Ohme?

Exaggeration much?

Worst case you charge the car at 3.5kw from the monent you get home on full price home electricity, and it'll still be a fraction of the cost of a public charger...

As i explained above you can quite easily check if your experiencing the fuse3 issue. Simply leave the car unlocked for an hour then without touching the fob (infact leave the fob indoors) go to the car, open the charging flap and plug the charger in. If the car does not respond in any way, you need to do the fuse 3 reset.

I think sometimes people are overcomplicating things by changing far too many factors all at once. Keep it simple. Start with the basics. Turn off ALL smarts. Plug the car in, make sure it charges. Once your happy that works and charges properly, move to the next step. Enable a basic timer, make sure it charges, then add the Intelligent stuff back on.

I see from the linked fuse diagram that Fuse 3 is listed as "towing bracket" - is this correct?
