Bugs in 80 fixed In 85?

In my 80x there are some software bugs:
- the delayed charging doesn't work. If you ser the car to be charged to 100% by 10 am - then it will wait a while (like an hour)....but then start charging and charge to 100% at once.
- sometimes the car changes the charging limit to 100% by it self

I'm now waiting for a new 85x. Does anyone know if the new software fixes those problems?
