Re: Charging to 80%, does it really matter?
With an OBD tool you can see amount of AC and DC charging as well as some estimate of battery degradation. One can also test battery capacity themselves at a charger to get a rough estimate. There are commercial services for this also, which I guess will be more popular over time. I think it's a bit...

Re: Is Powerpass worth getting
I don't pay for the Ionity option as there currently is only 3 stations in Finland. The middle option at the moment costs 2.99e/month and 0.34e/minute for me, with charging optimization I usually pay around 0.2e/kWh resulting this being the cheapest option. Some providers here have HPC for about 0.3...

Re: Enyaq breaks 2 Guinness world records
Instead of focusing 100% on publicity, why not spend some time actually TESTING the car under winter conditions. I find the twitter comments of Stepan Rehak ridiculous and constantly underestimating the consumer. Latest, from the trip stated that RSIV charges "fine", when the charging time...

Nothing wrong with towing electric cars. Enyaq manual has instructions as any other car.

Re: Stepan Rehak on winter charging speeds
And to be honest speeding does close to nothing for battery heat. Acceleration is always a peak in energy consumption but steady speed means steady consumption. Eg. Accelerating and then decelerating in a repeated manner will heat the most, which will not be that much in the big picture. And also no...

Re: Anyone know how battery pre-heating works?
It does not. Not yet anyway. It has been promised "later", but nothing definite yet. Currently the battery is actively heated to around 0-5c to optimize normal operation while driving. When a HPC cable is connected the battery heater activates automatically and uses 5-7kW power for battery...

Re: Kwh/100km. consumption vs. Battery usage
Idle consumption is not shown on the display. When I sleep in the car for the whole night and use 10% battery, the screen shows the same consumption than it was in the evening, when reaching the parking lot. Not sure which counts as idle and which driving, as standing in the traffic lights seem to c...

Re: App down?
The app (and Skoda servers) is poor.
In most cases it will eventually work after restarting numerous times, or like you noticed, via the web application. Skoda keeps promising improvement but is yet to be seen.
