Word of warning about Powerpass. I took a charge faster subscription after th3 first year. I have now sold the car but Powerpass refuse to allow cancellation of the subscription. Apparently this was in the conditions I agreed to. Be sure to fully read the conditions before signing up.

This has now been rectified. Many thanks to Fred Rees Garages of Haverfordwest. Basically the ME.30 update wiped the software for the towbar. Installer reinstalled the software and all is now fully functional. The dealer was extremely helpful and are highly recommended.

An update for info. My dealer has spent a lot of time investigating this. It would appear that an aftermarket tow-bar, albeit with a Skoda wiring loom, is causing the problem. Next step is to re-install tow bar software and then run diagnostics again. Dealer has been very good so far. If any more in...
