Re: Starting over the air updates
Congrats on the new car. You should see notifications of updates at the top of the infotainment screen which if present you can drag downwards to read. In my experience it’s not unusual to get a message of an update while driving that you can’t locate again but it subsequently re appears after a few...

Re: Puddle lights broken up
I had software update 94r6 BCM yesterday which I was told limits current to the puddle lights. Not sure if it will fix the broken up issue. I’ve had mine replaced under warranty once but not looking forward to having to replace them out of warranty!

Re: Service costs
Just back from the dealer yesterday where I had a new parking brake switch fitted and software update 94r6 BCM which apparently limits current to the wing mirror projection lamps. I asked for a price for the first service - £246 Brake fluid change at the same time - £84 I see Škoda now do a plan for...

Re: Alternative cars to Enyaq
Autotrader appears to show the current value of the car is around £25k. To pay the finance off would cost £21k today. So, order your new salary sacrifice car, sell the enyaq for 25k and pay off the 21k finance. Win win. I guess I’m trying to determine the sweet spot to swap to the salary sacrifice ...

Alternative cars to Enyaq
So I’m in a dilemma. Having bought my car on PCP two years ago, do I carry on with my original plan of paying the balloon payment in two years time to own the car? Autotrader appears to show the current value of the car is around £25k. To pay the finance off would cost £21k today. What do people thi...

Re: Problems at Octopus - check your account
I have a similar problem the car has started charging whenever I plug it in and Octopus haven’t sent me a bill since September. When I asked for a bill all my car charges have been at a higher rate! They are currently investigating!

Re: Puddle lights broken up
I’ve had my puddle lights replaced previously. Just popped into the dealer for them to scan the car for a parking brake fault and they stated there is a software update for the car to limit the current to the puddle lights.
I wonder if anyone else has had this update?

Re: Handbrake & Auto Hold Failure
I think I now have this issue but don’t have a car scanner and the dealership can’t look at the car for two weeks.
How can a local garage see someone the same day but a main dealership takes two weeks?!?
