Re: Trip report: Surrey to York 'n' back
I've just returned from an October half term road trip from Solihull to Dundee to visit family. Our first stop was crow orchard, Wigan. Fantastic place to charge - just remember to put your number plate details into the machine on the counter in the Londis to extend your parking! On our way back we ...

Re: Parking assist and risk of collision indicator
In the colder weather (below about 10C) I've had front assist limited warning (orange symbol in virtual cockpit), but it clears within a few minutes of warming up. I do get the red frontal impact warning, but only when badly parked cars on corners look like they would be a problem if I wasn't going...

2290 ish - Had it since end of June and only had to charge it on my home pod point 3 times! The benefit of working next to a local free charge point with 4 hrs free parking!

Re: Anyone experimented with driving modes?
I have 60 without Drive Package and can choose between ECO, Normal or Sport - selected using a dedicated button on the dash DRIVE MODE? Do the 80's get something different? You have 'Drive Sport Basic' according to your signature... :)   - It was such a long time ago since I order...

Re: Anyone experimented with driving modes?
If you have a 60 and didn’t spec a Drive package then you won’t have any drive modes. 80s come with Drive Basic (or Drive Sport Basic if Sportline) as standard. I suspect the ECO you’re referring to is the passenger side climate control setting, which is ECO when the seat is empty (saves energy). I...

Re: My Graphite Grey iV 60 - first week ownership quirks...
Only anecdotal evidence I realise, but my full charge on the 60 is 18 miles higher this time (240 vs 222) having used D rather than B for a week of commuting. That's coasting and allowing the car to auto brake for bends and junctions, rather than using B to regen. Since receiving my 60 Enyaq I've c...

Re: Skoda Connect App - Not show Door & Lights Section
This functionality requires ME3. So if your car was delivered before about May 2022 (ie doesn't show battery % on the instrument panel) then it won't have this. We have been promised an update to ME3 later this year, though few if any dealers appear to be aware of it (despite Skoda publishing detai...

Re: Cheap alternative for wireless phone charging
Hi there. I have installed a decent alternate wireless phone charging pad. It cost just £20 from Amazon, and you just have to plug it into the USB C socket. wireless charger.jpg You can read about it or buy it here: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B09BVPG5ZL/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?i...

Re: My Graphite Grey iV 60 - first week ownership quirks...
Cheers. The airbag warning certainly happened when I swapped Fuse 19 in and out so that can't be a coincidence, but I really don't understand it. :? I won't be handing the car over to a dealer anytime soon though, as it has only just started working! Argh, another pain... Looking positively, the ca...

Re: Noise during charging
I've heard noise from this area after returning from a 90 mile road trip on a hot sunny day. I just put it down to fans "doing what they need to do"? The car seemed to charge and run fine the day after.
