If you override the care mode setting & set a session to 100%, the car will remember that until 100% is achieved. So, if you’ve set a charge to 100% but only achieve say 90%, next time it will try for 100% regardless of battery care setting.

If you need to guarantee charging for a long trip you can always switch off IO in their app & revert to using the car or charger to schedule the charge. They were! But their range was much less than today’s, so when ICE cars came along they quickly dominated the market.

Car came back on line yesterday & then a week after reporting the issue got a an email from customer services telling me to contact someone else.
