I have exactly the same as Jimmyb. App just crashes instead of doing test charge. Octopus customer service have escalated to smart charge team and say they will contact us within a day or 2. fingers crossed.

Had my update this week at Vindis Cambridge and had puddle light done at the same time. Took 2.5 days as had to wait for parts. Only immediate problem is range on app 130, in car 215.

Supposed to have update tomorrow at Vectis Cambridge but guess what. Server problems so reappointed to 16th January. Third time lucky? Was a bit jittery as God forbid a problem occurred could have been on ICE till the new year.

Used the Gridserve Electric forecourt near Braintree Wednesday. Started with 49miles left and whizzed up to 80kw in no time on a 350kw station. Also saw another Enyaq leaving on our arrival. So finally checked my fast charge £440 option is up to the task.

I accept that it could be misreading signs. But given that, all the speed warnings on Orwell bridge are matrix variable displays. So the first one reads OK and drops speed to 60 mph, but the next matrix display misreads as 80 mph. Is this reasonable as both signs are the same and only 2 years or so ...
