Re: commission number but still no build date

I waited 11 months for mine. It was well worth the wait. But if you have seen something else you fancy go for it. If you never own an Enyaq you might not even come to regret it !

Re: Charging at 50% rate?

I have the same with my pod point. Often only charges at around 4kw because we have other off peak load............ Yes there is a current transformer on the supply cable... I just schedule it for 6 0r 7 hours during the off peak period and it gives me more than enough for several commutes to work.....

Re: Rattling noise inside car

I don't want to jinx it for myself, so I'm touching wood as I write this, but the Enyaq is the best car I have ever had for being rattle free and was something I noticed straight away when I got it, now with 13k miles on the clock over mainly "B" roads to work it is still rattle free.........

Re: Frozen headlights

I thought all models had led headlights and would need washers and self levelling to be legal

The lights must be less than 2000 lumens presumably.........

Ah, but you obviously have a "posh" model......!

The basic ones don't get headlamp washers !

Re: Frozen headlights

Yes, I have this problem. By using the departure planner the car is fully defrosted and toasty warm for my early morning commute to work, but the headlights are frozen over and I can't see a thing ! The LED lights never get warm enough to melt the ice. The only solution I have found is to spray them...

Re: Service costs

Just to clarify.. 1. The offer page says the brake fluid change is included. 2. The email purchase confirmation says it’s a top up (which is confusing). 3. The physical service plan paperwork that arrives in the post a few days later confirms it’s a brake fluid change. Hope that helps others. Yes !...
