Press once on the key to unlock only the drivers door and twice to open the other doors and the boot and charging socket , its a safety thing I guess

Cheers Orrery , I will give it a try but maybe the problem will be solved with the upgrade ? as we should not be having to pull fuses every time this occurs

Any advice with this "Unable to load connection status" that suddenly appeared 5 days ago and still there , had no problems what so ever prior to this with the car but it seems to have coincided with this very icy cold weather so could there be a link ?

Think it is more in-depth than what you are saying , these systems will be automatically triggered by road signs , GPS etc and yes there will be a facility to switch it off but if one is in an accident be it on their head and suffer the consequences and also insurance comes into it so be warned

Sorry if my message appeared slightly ambiguous but I am referring to the mandatory fitment of speed limiters and black box to all new cars after July and retrospective fitting of such to all cars produced this year that has to be completed by 2024

Yep know what you mean ie charging at campsites , we ordered one from Tough leads before we got the car in May so we were surprised that it came with the Granny which we obviously had not requested , onto campsites our site does not allow you to charge through the caravan even dropping the amps down...

Well unless the situation has changed , ours came with the 3 pin alternative ie granny charger so I would wait and see if I were you
